The Kippa - in Yiddish also Kappel or Jarmulka from the Slavic, is worn by the Jews to pray in the temple. The 12-year-old Jesus, too, when he asked the teachers questions in the temple (Luke 2:41-45). Our kippah is crocheted from cotton yarn. It has a diameter of 3.5 cm and is about 1 cm high. All are in blue and white colors.
