The creation of a movable narrative character is an artisanal process.

The narrative characters are created according to the ABF standard! They essentially consist of a wrapped sisal wire frame completely covered with skin-colored fabric (duvetine) and lead feet. The modeled head is made of Styrofoam. All hairpieces are made from grown fur. The sewn body is stuffed with fiberfill. The figures are delivered with leather shoes to protect the duvetine. All characters have thumbs! All clothing and shoes are interchangeable.

Why don't the characters have faces?

They don't have a face, so as not to define them by their expression. Feelings and intentions are only expressed through body language. This guarantees a wide range of possible applications and expressions.

When do we speak of biblical narrative figures?

If they are made as an aid for Christian catechesis, the representation of biblical scenes, for Bible study or e.g. as nativity figures. These figures are used almost exclusively in biblical outfits.

In what sizes do we manufacture the movable figures?

The size is determined by the frame. The individual sizes of the finished figures are: approx. 9 cm toddler, 16 cm child, 19 cm and 22 cm youth, 26 cm and 28 cm adult.
